We are pleased to now offer an Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center for our prior stay patients after discharge as well as residents of our local community.

Our expanded, renovated fully-equipped Rehab Therapy Gym with a model apartment with kitchen and bathroom and private speech/cognitive therapy treatment room offers a premier location for a full range of rehabilitative services.

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center provides a familiar option for those requiring outpatient physical, occupational and/or speech therapies after a short-term stay at our Center. Once they are no longer receiving skilled home care visits and want to return for ongoing therapy, they can return to the therapists they know and trust at Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center.

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center will also be accepting new patients who have a prescription for Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy and can benefit from a Worcester location close to home to meet their rehabilitation needs and goals.
