Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is located off of I-290 at 26 Harvard Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.

• Take Exit 18 from I-290 westbound or Exit 17 from I-290 eastbound to Route 9.
• Proceed west on Route 9 two blocks to Lancaster Street.
• Turn left and proceed one block to Dix Street.
• Turn left on Dix Street and again on Harvard Street.
• After you pass center on your right, turn right immediately after the building into the parking lot and park in the lot at the rear of the building.
• Center’s entrance is at the rear of the building
