- 24-hour certified staff monitoring and supervision with on-site consultation by professionally licensed staff as needed
- Wellness Nurse for the plan of care management such as coordinating medical appointments, maintaining medical records and completing wellness assessments as indicated
- Medication monitoring and administration
- Grooming and personal hygiene reminders
- Medical Director leadership with physician and nurse practitioner on-site availability
- Oxygen-dependent residents welcome
- Access to outpatient rehabilitation services of Lutheran’s expanded and fully-equipped Rehab Therapy Gym if indicated
- Potential transition to our rehabilitation and skilled care center should your level of care needs increase
- Ability to coordinate additional services such as VNA Services, Hospice, and Outpatient Rehab Services
- Resident Service Liaison providing new residents with daily check-ins and concierge services for enhanced customer service
- Social Services
- 3 meals served daily restaurant-style in the Mansion’s Main Dining Room with oversight by consultant dietitian as well as access to Butler’s Pantry for refreshment and snacks
- Engaging recreational and educational activities as well as social clubs, entertainment offerings, and outings
- Spiritual life programming for patients of all faiths with weekly chaplaincy services
- Laundry, Housekeeping and Maintenance Services with towels and linens provided
